Is there room for my bike?
Yep. There’s a spot inside.

Why Student Spots

Less drama. More move-in day.

Subleasing near campus shouldn’t be a group-chat gamble. The listing, the conversation and the signed agreement all live in one place.

Built for Boston students
Made for the way Boston students rent: school-year leases, summer subleases, and the spring co-op move-out.
Real agreements, e-signed
Leases and subleases are e-signed in the app, with a record of who signed and when. No PDF email chains.
A team that picks up
Email us a question and a real person answers, usually the same day. You’re talking to the people who build Student Spots, not a ticket queue.
